Machine warranty and repairs

Laser Pro International offers a 12 month warranty as standard on all machines. Our machine handles also come with a 1 year warranty. 

If there is a problem with your product, you must notify us immediately via email within 1 day of receiving your machine, after which the warranty terms are applied where warranty support can only be provided by Laser Pro International. Prior to dispatch all machines are carefully checked through strict quality processes. 

As with any electronic products, sometimes problems can occur. You must ensure that you check for any cosmetic damages before accepting your machine from the courier company. Please do not accept if there are cosmetic damages as we cannot hold any responsibility for this. The machine will arrive with a professional freight case and padding so that your machine can be securely protected during transportation. Please store this as you will require in the unlikely case of having to return the machine.

The warranty covers parts and labour but not the postage. The warranty is being provided directly from the manufacturer where outside agents, distributors, or affiliates are able to assist during the warranty period. 

Important: In the instance of any machine issues we must receive clear pictures and videos of the problem. All issues must be logged clearly with the manufacturer. The customer support department works alongside manufacturing engineers and we aim to solve problems as quickly as possible. 95% of the time issues can be successfully diagnosed and solved remotely unless there is a physical fault.

The customer support team will liaise directly with manufacturing engineers to provide technical support. Our support is online via email as it allows us to manage multiple requests and maintain better logs.

We are not liable for any loss of earnings, loss of business, negligence, accidents, product malfunctioning or any harm caused to the user or customers when there is a problem with your product or usage and advice. This applies during and after the warranty period.

Please note that the warranty of all consumable items such as handles as well as the machine will be void if the equipment is found to be tampered with during or after the warranty period. The warranty does not cover any accidental damage, general wear and tear to the machine, handles or filters. The warranty will be void if the product is misused, or has improper maintenance or has not been stored as instructed by the manufacturer within the user manual provided. 

During the warranty Period

  • For IPL it is normal for the handle to become slightly weaker over time where users have to increase the energy to get the same effect as a brand new handle. The handle usually lasts much longer but we cover new handles up to 60,000 effective shots or 12 months, whichever is earlier.
  • For YAG it is normal for the handle to become slightly weaker over time where users have to increase the energy to get the same effect as a new handle. The handle usually lasts much longer but we cover new handles up to 600,000 effective shots or 12 months, whichever is earlier.
  • For Laser diode hair removal, it is normal for the handle to become slightly weaker over time where users have to increase the energy to get the same effect as a new handle. Effective shots are a 20-30 million depending on the settings used. We cover new handles up to 20,000,000 flashing shots or 12 months, whichever is earlier.
  • Consumable and external parts of the machine such as adapters, power cables, glass or filters are not covered under warranty. This is due to factors such as electric currents, fragile glass, usage and the nature of the items which cannot be covered.
