Diode laser hair removal technology is based on the selective dynamics of light and heat. The laser goes through the skin surface to reach the root of hair follicles to be absorbed by the melanin group located in the hair follicle, light can be absorbed and converted into heat to destroy the melanin group, the hair shaft can also absorb the energy from the laser. so as to be destroyed and gasified. Hair that can’t receive nutrients from the melanin mass will be permanently removed and will no longer grow.

Diode laser handle wavelength

808nm+1064nm+755nm for all skin colours. Some machines can not treat fitzpatrick skin types 5 & 6. This technology allows you to comfortably treat all skin types.

• 808nm: Suitable for all skin and hair types as it offers a deep penetration to the hair follicle with a high average power.
• 755nm: Suitable for light coloured skin types and lighter finer hair types as it offers more powerful energy absorption by the melanin chromophore.
• 1064nm: Suitable for darker skin types as it is characterized by lower melanin absorption, making it a focused solution on darker skins.

Treatment Plan

• Treatment interval: 4-6 weeks apart, generally 3-6 treatments can achieve permanent hair removal;
• Treatment areas include: Face/arm/armpit/chest/back/chest/abdomen/bikini/legs/toes/fingers.

Expected Results

Depending on the area treated most clients require a course of 6 to 8 treatments spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart to achieve desired results.
